Tonight (and the last couple of nights) we've seen some very heartfelt and personal posts, and some thoughtful and kind reactions. Hopefully those who are struggling, whatever their issues, can take some comfort from a community of "strangers" who are touched by what you've shared and wish you well.

I looked for a graphic for this post, but everything seemed sappy and trite, until I came upon this. Which seemed like a not-so-serious way to say something entirely serious:

I'm in terrible pain.

My girlfriend left me for another man. We have a child together. I can't believe she's done this. At least my Wrangler still loves me!

Perhaps not, but it was so much better than the other Hallmark / Calligraphy / Unicorns / Rainbows stuff I found that I just went with it.

I don't know what to say either.

It's completely out of my control and that's the hard part. The helplessness is crushing. I mean...we have a 2.5 year old daughter and mommy would rather be out screwing around. It's disgusting. And she's still living at our apartment. Grrrrr.
